Product
Eden is a launchpad and scoring network for early-stage AI companies on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). A company launches a token for its product's utility, not its equity. The token trades from the first second, and every trade pays a fee. That fee is shared with the token's holders, with the people who research the project, with the ecosystem index and with the company. The company's own share grows only as it proves, with real data, that it does real work.
ROOT is the protocol token: 1,000,000,000 were minted once at genesis, minting is renounced, and the supply only shrinks.
1. Who it is for
| Participant | What they do | What they get |
|---|---|---|
| Creator (an AI company) | Launches a token, declares private data sources, buys and vests part of the supply | A fee share that rises with its score; liquidity without dilution |
| Holder | Buys and holds a project token | A share of every trade on that token, paid in the token's pair asset |
| Scorer | Stakes ROOT, publishes a sourced thesis on a project | Rewards streamed every second from that project's fees, in its pair asset |
| Eden | Runs scoring, verification, operations and incubation | Protocol revenue; manages the EDEN index and grants |
2. Tracks
Every launch picks one of nine tracks. Each track is scored by rules that fit what it produces.
| Track | Example output that is scored |
|---|---|
| Compute | Metered GPU hours, uptime from independent probes |
| Inference | Tokens served, latency against an SLO |
| Models | Revenue and usage of the model's product |
| Data | Licensed and delivered datasets |
| Agents | Resolved tickets, merged pull requests, closed deals |
| DePIN | Fleet tasks, verified coverage, energy delivered |
| Commerce and payments | On-chain settled volume |
| Apps | Paid revenue (processor payouts reconciled against bank records) |
| Research | Papers by proven authors: quantity, form quality, citations, code and data artifacts |
Live data integrations exist today for research, apps, developer agents and on-chain commerce. The other tracks are connected per project at onboarding.
3. Launch
- The creator picks a track and a pair asset: ETH, USDG (a dollar stablecoin), or any of the 194 tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. Everyone who earns from the token is paid in its pair asset.
- Launching burns $500 of ROOT. There is no cash launch fee.
- Each launch mints 1,000,000,000 tokens. The creator must buy at least 20 % of supply at launch (up to 80 %). The mandatory 20 % is always vested (30 days to 4 years, in a lock nobody can override).
- At launch the creator also fixes, permanently, what share of future fee income (0–90 %) buys back their own token and locks it for 5 years.
- The creator declares data sources (helpdesk, repository, payment processor, papers…). Sources are never public. On-chain they are stored only encrypted to the scoring oracle's key, with a commitment.
A creator can pay with ETH or USDG for a launch on any pair: the zap swaps to the pair asset and buys in the same transaction. Wallets that support batched calls (EIP-5792) confirm a launch or trade once; token approvals use signed permits where the token supports them.
4. Trade: bonding curve → graduation
- Trading opens immediately on a bonding curve: the price rises as people buy. 80 % of supply is sold on the curve.
- An anti-snipe tax starts at 99 % and decays to zero over the first 15 seconds.
- A launch graduates when its curve has raised the equivalent of $12,500 in its pair asset (5 ETH, 12,500 USDG, or the stock amount set from the stock's price on the day the pair was approved).
- At graduation a Uniswap v4 pool is seeded at exactly the curve's last price with the funds raised and 16 % of supply. That liquidity is locked forever. The remaining 4 % is locked in the launch locker and never circulates.
- For about 12 seconds after graduation a single trade cannot take more than 1 % of the pool's tokens.
- The same 3 % fee applies on the curve and in the pool, enforced by the pool hook. Creators can never add their own tax.
| ETH pair | USDG pair | Stock pair | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starting market cap | ≈ 1.25 ETH | ≈ $3,125 | ≈ $3,125 in the stock |
| Raised at graduation | 5 ETH | 12,500 USDG | ≈ $12,500 in the stock |
| Supply sold on the curve | 80 % | 80 % | 80 % |
5. Score
Eden acts as a third-party auditor of early-stage AI companies. The score (0–100) sets each project's fee share, scorer rewards and grant eligibility. Every project starts at 0. Token price, trading volume and holder counts are never inputs.
Systematic score. Every 6–12 hours the scoring oracle re-fetches each project's real output from its own systems, normalises it within the track (clipped at the cohort's 5th / 95th percentiles, or fixed published ranges in tracks under 20 projects), combines it with published weights that sum to 1, smooths it over time so one spike earns little, and publishes every project's score in one signed commitment on-chain. A 72-hour challenge window follows every commitment, during which adjudicators can dispute it. The score is an absolute grade from 0 to 100, not a share of a pot: one project scoring well never lowers another.
Human scores. Anyone can become a scorer:
- stake 2,500 ROOT (returned on exit after a 7-day cooldown) and burn $100 of ROOT once to join;
- burn $100 of ROOT on every score and re-score;
- publish a written thesis with cited sources. An AI reviewer checks that the sources exist and say what the thesis claims, against a published rubric. Copies, dead links and attempts to game the checker earn nothing. The review sets reward weight only; it never moves the public score.
Before a project has data, the first human score can move it up to 20 points and later scores up to 5 points each, capped at 50. Once real data exists, human scores nudge the data-driven score within a narrow band.

Verification. "Verified" is a badge Eden's team sets after a manual review. It is never automatic, never expires, and is revoked only manually. Its one economic effect: an unverified project with no data starts its creator at a lower floor and has its score capped at 50 (see Tokenomics).
6. Earn
| Who | How they are paid | When |
|---|---|---|
| Holders | Daily snapshots of holdings; claim the pair asset per token | Claimable 24 h after each snapshot, for 90 days; unclaimed amounts roll into the next round |
| Scorers | Rewards stream per second while a score is active (30 days per score), weighted by √stake × thesis quality, capped per scorer | Withdraw any time |
| Creators | Score-based share of the fee, after the locked-liquidity and buyback carve-outs | Claim any time from the creator escrow |
| Eden, grants, scoring oracle, EDEN index | Fixed lanes of the protocol share | Each fee sweep |
Every claim pays only the wallet that owns it: holder payouts, scorer rewards and creator fees go to the signing wallet (or, for a holder, to a recipient that wallet signs for). No operator can redirect them.
7. ROOT, burns and the EDEN index
- ROOT is burned on every launch, every scorer registration, every score and re-score, by the buyback (every 3 hours, in small slices), and whenever scorer rewards go unearned. Half of every buyback is added to ROOT's own pool as liquidity that can never be withdrawn.
- The EDEN index converts part of every fee into a basket of tokenized AI-economy stocks (NVIDIA, Tesla, Intel, AMD, Nebius, CoreWeave, Bloom Energy to start). It only buys, and slows its buying in volatile markets.

8. What Eden controls
Admin powers sit with a 2-of-3 Safe multisig. Loosening a parameter or re-pointing a contract waits 48 hours in an on-chain timelock; tightening applies immediately. The Safe can stop new launches at once but cannot touch curves, pools, locked liquidity, vesting or anyone's claimable funds. Detail: Security.
